Hello,
The ProPride 3P will add unmatched stability to your setup, once weight distribution is engaged, you will likely have a 90/10 distribution of the tongue weight meaning 90% to the two tow vehicle axles and 10% to the trailer axles.
For instance, with a 775 lb tongue weight, approximately 77.5 lbs of that will be distributed to the trailer axles leaving 697.5 lbs on the two vehicle axles.
The 3P system does sit back about 12" further than the standard friction based hitch, which does effect the overall downward force on the tow vehicle, so you will likely not incur much additional tongue weight with the addition of the hitch.
The 3P is the absolute best choice you can make for adding the maximum amount of stability and efficiency to any rig, but we cannot add any additional towing power.
