You will ultimately be adding an additional 145# to the front of the trailer from about 90% of the setup that stays attached to the trailer after install.
The ProPride 3P in total weighs in at 195 lbs, which will be added to the overall weight of the trailer. The tongue weight will not reflect that same amount due to the hitch sitting back further from the tow vehicle. The downward pressure at the end of the hitch bar assembly (tongue weight) where the pin lock would be inserted will likely show a fraction of that overall total. We have had results of 50-70# or even decreasing tongue weight in some circumstances.
