Although the 3P does weigh in at about 195#, you will not see all of that added to your tongue weight due to the additional distance it sits back from your tow vehicle. You will typically see about 60-75# of additional tongue weight added, if any additional.
The ProPride 3P will give you the absolute best chance of having a safe and stable tow every time, but cannot add any additional horse power to the situation. This is where you will likely see issues arise. If you are comfortable with the towing power of the vehicle, then the ProPride will add the most stability of any other hitch available, and stability equals no sway.
When weight distribution is engaged, you will also have about a 90/10 split in the tongue weight, so if you have roughly 875# of tongue weight, then the tow vehicles two axles will see 787# and the trailer will see the other 88#.
Bottom line is the ProPride 3P will be the best investment you will ever make for your towing experience and very much needed for your current setup or if you choose to get a different tow vehicle in the future.
