Tongue weight over 1400 lbs
ProPride 3P Trailer Sway Control Hitch
I have a trailer with 1500 lbs of tongue weight and up to 14k tow. Will your hitch work on this?

The ProPride 3P is rated for up to 20,000 lbs. The 1400lb spring bars we use for weight distribution can handle up to 14,000 or 1400 lbs tongue weight. Assuming you are using a 3/4 or 1 ton tow vehicle with that much tongue weight, the 1400 should be more than enough to transition the needed weight to recover the steer axle and the tow vehicle will support the rest.
