My trailer has a tongue weight of 1655lbs., but GVWR of 13,630. Do you have anything for that?

The limiting factor on the 3P is the 1400lb weight distribution bar. If your tow vehicle can handle the extra hitch weight by only distributing up to 1400lbs you can use a 3P-1400. You are under the 14,000lb GVWR of the hitch.
