You can usually figure that the trailers tongue weight is 10-12% of its total dry weight. Once you add in propane tanks, batteries , you will gain about 140# to that figure.
When choosing a 3P, going with a higher value spring bar will give you more range and flexibility with weight distribution, so in your case, I would just recommend getting the 3P-1000 or even the 3P-1400 to have greater range.
