We like to travel to a facility that moves our travel trailer between sites. How would this work with this hitch?

Your trailer can be moved easily with the same hitch bar you use for towing.
We also did develop a product called the Lot Bar that allows a storage facility or dealer to move your trailer around in a fashion they are more accustom too. Here is that product:
