My tow vehicle's receiver height is much higher than my level trailer height. What options are there to line sting ProPride 3P Hitch Bar - 2.0" Receiver End ProPride 3P Hitch Parts

My towing receiver is higher than my trailers level pulling height, I can not see/find a drop receiver on the market with multiple or adjustable height of a square 2" receiver, needed to align stinger.

We have a standard drop hitch end and an extended drop hitch end to use with the receiver end. The correct offset to get the trailer towing level can be assembled with both parts.
