My current 2" receiver seems to have a spacer bolt on the front. Does that simply move onto the new 2 1/2 receiver?

When installing the ProPride 3P Hitch Bar - 2.5 HD Receiver End, make sure to place the tile pin at the top position between the two parts. The bolts should be positioned at the top, bottom, and second from the bottom. Refer to the manual for other acceptable configurations.
