Yes, you can use the reducer sleeve with the ProPride 3P Hitch Bar - 2.0" Receiver End. We also sell a 2.5" HD receiver to minimize any side-to-side movement in the tow vehicle's receiver should the reducer sleeve start allowing too much slop.
