I have a 28 MKS transcend travel trailer and I am towing with a 2013 F-150. Following the instructions that came with the hitch I still have sway in the back of the trailer. While the hitch does seem to link the truck to the trailer to limit the sway reactions it still occurs. Do I have a problem with my tow vehicle being to light or trailer design with a rear kitchen set-up. Should I lower the distribution bars or raise the distribution bars. Change the angle on the truck hitch. I have three washers in place now and can only remove them. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
PS. The hitch I have was bought from someone else that sold it to me brand new out of the box. they could not use it since the trailer they were interested in was no longer being made and they did not want a used trailer.
Thanks for any help in advance,
Carl
